Do you offer maintenance services?
Yes! Regular maintenance can prevent costly repairs and extend the life of your appliances. We offer maintenance services for Sub-Zero refrigerators (condenser cleaning), Wolf ranges, and other high-end appliances.
Sub-Zero Specific
Why is my Sub-Zero refrigerator running constantly?
Constant running often indicates a dirty condenser, faulty door seals, or thermostat issues. It could also be due to overfilling, blocking air vents, or compressor problems. Our technicians can diagnose the exact cause and provide the appropriate solution.
How often should I clean my Sub-Zero condenser?
Sub-Zero recommends cleaning the condenser every 6-12 months, depending on your environment. Homes with pets, dust, or construction may need more frequent cleaning. We offer professional condenser cleaning services.
My Sub-Zero is making unusual noises. Is this normal?
Some sounds are normal (gentle humming, occasional clicking), but loud buzzing, grinding, or knocking noises typically indicate a problem with the compressor, fan motor, or other components. It's best to have it inspected promptly.
Wolf Specific
Why won't my Wolf burner ignite?
Common causes include a dirty or misaligned igniter, clogged burner ports, or a faulty spark module. First, try cleaning the burner and igniter. If the problem persists, a professional inspection can identify the issue.
How do I calibrate my Wolf oven temperature?
If your oven temperature seems off, it may need calibration. While some models allow user calibration through the control panel, we recommend professional calibration to ensure accuracy. Our technicians have specialized equipment for precise temperature calibration.
Is it normal for my Wolf cooktop to have uneven flames?
Slightly uneven flames can occur from minor clogs or burner cap misalignment. Significantly uneven or yellow flames indicate a problem that should be addressed. Our technicians can clean, adjust, or repair burner components as needed.
